Ngày Gia Tiên is built and run by one person. Every email is read; your feedback helps decide which features come first. You can write in English or Vietnamese.

What you can write about

• A death anniversary or holiday that differs from the calendar your family uses.
• Problems with the website or the Android app.
• Your account, paid plans and payments.
• Your data: what we store, how to see or delete it.
• Features you would like.

Reply times

Premium plan: within 10 working days. Dòng họ (Clan) plan: within 3 working days. Dòng họ lớn (Large clan) plan: priority, within 1 working day. Complaints get a reply within 15 working days (Terms of Use). See also the plans (in Vietnamese).

When reporting a problem

Please tell us the page you were on, what you did, and the phone or browser you use; a screenshot helps us find the problem faster. Do not attach your list of relatives unless needed.

• Download a backup of your list: Settings, Backup.
• Delete all data on this device: Settings, Data.
